Purchase Terms
All purchases through the Tobtos® Chair website are subject to product availability. We try to maintain accurate inventory on the website but do not guarantee that the product will be in stock when you place your order.
Product descriptions and images are provided as a guide only. Colors and sizes shown may vary slightly from the actual product you receive due to screen differences and photography lighting. We make every effort to make sure images are as accurate as possible.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the product page.

Returns & Refunds
Most products can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in original condition with tags still attached. Simply fill out the return form included with your shipment and send the item back to us.
Custom made-to-order products are non-refundable. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your personalized order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of a defective product or shipping error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the returned product. Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Sale items must be returned within 7 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
Damaged or defective products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us right away if an item arrives defective or damaged in shipping.
We do not accept product returns or exchanges if the merchandise has been used in any way or is missing original tags and packaging. All items should be returned in original condition.
Promotions & Discounts
Discount codes and coupons can only be applied during the initial order process. Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed or to previously placed orders.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated in the promotion rules.
Discounts codes are single use only unless indicated as a limited-time site wide promotion. Do not share codes from your personal account with others.
Promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or account credit under any circumstances.
Free gifts, bonus items, and other giveaways are subject to availability and can change at any time based on remaining inventory. Substitutions may occur if the promotional product becomes out of stock.
